Create a movie draft, review every pick, and share standings that refresh as real worldwide box office grosses are reported.

CSV formats

Use one row per movie pick, repeat a player's name for each movie, and put rows in global draft order. Headers are case-insensitive. The basic format is:

To supply round and overall-pick values yourself, use the explicit format:

Movie titles must be unique within the draft, positive pick values cannot repeat, and files can be up to 256 KB.

Reviewing inferred rounds

For a basic two-column CSV, the app uses the opening player cadence to propose a round size, round number, and overall pick for each row. Fixed and snake orders are both supported.

Nothing is saved until the owner reviews the preview. The owner can accept the proposal, choose another round size, or edit individual values. Partial final rounds and late-added players are called out. If the cadence is uncertain, the owner must choose instead of receiving a silent guess.

Scoring and public standings

Each movie contributes worldwide box office revenue multiplied by its round multiplier. The leaderboard ranks players by total scored revenue, and revenue refreshes automatically as source data is updated.

Public pages may also show release dates, in-theaters status, domestic and foreign revenue, pick analytics, and movie posters when that data is available. Movies with no revenue or no verified match remain at $0.

Owner controls

Owners can rename a draft, edit its description, configure round multipliers, reorder picks and round breaks, add manual picks, verify IMDb links, and mark a movie as not released in the draft year.

Owners can also replace the CSV, toggle public visibility, copy the share link, or delete the draft. The public share link stays the same when the draft name changes.

Movie verification

A pick is unmatched when the draft title cannot be connected to a box office movie for the draft year. Owners can review candidates and save an IMDb link. Drift flags identify previous links whose year-specific box office data is no longer available.

A reversible “not released” override forces a pick to score $0 without presenting it as unmatched. These changes recompute standings and analytics.

Visibility and replacement

Public drafts can be viewed by anyone with the link. Private drafts remain visible only to the signed-in owner, who can still preview and manage them.

A confirmed re-upload transaction replaces picks, preserves links and overrides for matching titles, records upload history, and recomputes the draft. Manual-only picks disappear unless included in the replacement CSV. Deleting requires typing the exact draft name.
